Shipping Policy

Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $39.99 (excluding shipping costs) for all domestic US customers at MotherPickleball.com. Our commitment to providing you with a seamless shopping experience extends to our shipping options, tailored to meet your needs.

Our standard shipping method is First Class Mail. As our products are crafted with care, please allow a processing time of 1-3 business days (separate from shipping time). Typically, packages are delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.

Holiday Processing Time: Please be aware that during the holiday season (12/1-12/24), our processing time extends to 3-5 business days due to increased volume.

Once your order is processed and packed, a tracking number will be generated. You can track the status of your items by checking your order at any time. Each order is assigned a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Insurance: Shipping insurance is not included in the shipping price unless selected at checkout. MotherPickleball.com is not liable for items lost in transit or damaged during delivery unless the package is insured.

If an item is marked as "delivered" by USPS, it is considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping items in this case.

Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. If a package is shipped to an incorrect address that you provided, we are not liable to reship the item.

For priority/expedited shipping, the expected delivery date typically reflects a 2-business day delivery time, depending on origin, destination, and drop-off time. This expedited delivery option does not include a money-back guarantee.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Making a Return? Let us help make it right. If your order didn’t meet your expectations, simply follow our Returns Policy to initiate a return.

Returns:

  • To return your product, please contact customer service at support@motherpickleball.com.

  • Returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns or exchanges beyond the 30 day period will not be accepted.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Refunds:

  • Returns must be received and inspected by us before a refund is issued. You will receive an email notification upon the receipt and inspection of your return.

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

  • To exchange an item, please email support@motherpickleball.com for an RMA number and exchange instructions.

  • Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns and must be of equal or lesser value.

Products must be returned to us before a refund or exchange is processed. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from MotherPickleball.com.

If the item you purchased isn’t quite right, simply email support@Infinity-collection.com to get a RMA number and exchange instructions.
